Join us for The Tools in the Toolbox

Thank you to everyone who joined us for "Where’s the Capital? Show Me the Money!" in June. It was a dynamic conversation about the capital landscape, bringing together developers, investors, lenders, and community stakeholders to exchange ideas, share perspectives, and explore the challenges and opportunities shaping affordable housing today.

Now, we’re gearing up for our next Atlanta Preservation Initiative event—and adding a few more tools to the conversation.  

November 4th marks the date for "The Tools in the Toolbox", our next API event focused on the strategies, resources, partnerships, and creative approaches helping move affordable housing projects forward.

We’ll once again bring together leaders from across the industry for a practical, timely conversation designed to share knowledge, strengthen connections, and expand the collective toolbox available to Atlanta’s affordable housing community.
